In the past few years, Medford’s food truck scene has grown exponentially. Every day, community members can visit a different local food truck and discover incredible flavors inspired by various types of cuisine. Read on for information on six of Medford’s most popular trucks, as well as where to find them.

1. CABA Empanadas

CABA Empanadas incorporates unique flavor profiles into a traditional Argentine dish. Their empanadas are handmade, baked fresh everyday, and include organic, locally sourced ingredients. You can choose from traditional options like beef and creamy chicken, or you can try a flavor twist like caprese, bacon and goat cheese, or pumpkin. No matter what, you’ll be thrilled about these empanadas, especially when topped with CABA’s house chimichurri sauce or served with a side of traditional Argentine sweets like alfajores and medialunas.
